This application is all about realestateindustry in UAE. It offers listings in available states ofUAE likeDubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi etc. It also offers exploringtheregistered real estate companies and RERA certified Agentsprofilesas well. End-users may search in specific as per theirrequirementin any of these entities (properties, companies andagents) with anoption to mark as 'FAVORITED' multiple properties(if they like).We offer a global search form to our entire app with 3 tabstochoose the entity users want to search for and where eachtabenlists standard fields of information for the chosen entitytofind in specific the requirement of end-users.We do have a detail page for each property, company and agentaswell with means of contacting them via Call and SendMessagebuttons. Call launches the mobile device call function andSendMessage launches the contact form to fill up and submit.We have 2 major types of end-users; one is real estatebrokers(includes company and agents both) and other generalaudience whomay be looking for selling, buying renting, real estatecompaniesand agents in UAE. Thus, we decided to launch the app in 2separateand different packages where basic features are entirelysame butin AGENT app Additional Tools are provided those arebasically ourcustomized solutions for their day to day tasks.Additional Toolsin specific for AGENT app are; Agent Journal andCMA whereas theseare not available in USER app. We have a lot moretools for AGENTSin our web application which we planned to addgradually in updatedbuilds of this AGENT app version.It also gives access to our projects, floor-plans, area guideandfew Tools link creating tenancy contract and applying forEjariRegistration which is a paid service and we receivepaymentsthrough paypal. All features stated in this paragraphareinterfaced to our end-users via Web View as we havefullyresponsive and customized web pages for mobile devices.Users may also Sign Up / Login and Edit Profile viaSettingsscreen, where few other options like Help/FAQs, Contact UsandTerms and Condition. Whereas in the footer we load banners ofrealestate companies of our choice via web service.
